The Berger Charitable Foundation’s work is funded primarily through a $1 million bequest from Fred Berger, as well as private donations. We are committed to being responsible stewards of our endowment in order to maximize our ability to support initiatives that will change lives. The Foundation does not employ any staff nor do the officers and members of the board receive any remuneration, thereby ensuring all non-funding costs are focused solely on tax preparation and logistical costs for disbursing grants.
